It's been an extremely busy past few weeks as I had to get caught up with things after finally recovering from shock of my beloved step-father's recent premature death. I miss him dearly.
Well, now this month's ASL topic is about noticing the inaccurate sign concepts - such examples that stood out to me in observing both hearing and deaf signers, I made a list of most commonly mistakes people still sign incorrectly:
1. red tape
2. deadline
3. baby shower (my worst pet-peeve)
4. babysit
4. one night stand
5. meet (her needs)
6. break (intermission - time out)
7. stand (I can't stand him)
Can you think of other signs that are signed inaccurately?
P.S.
I've now updated my PayPal feature - simplified it so that you can now put in exact amount of dollars for whichever services you pick.
