Certified master tutor & mentor in American Sign Language, my goal is to provide individual local students and long distance students tailored tutoring services.
For professional employed ASL interpreters – I offer ASL evaluations and advanced mentoring services. My specialty targets ASL students with mild to severe learning challenges. Tutor deaf & hard of hearing students English grammar, spelling, reading & writing skills. I also serve as a Deaf Interpreter.

Portland Community College – American Sign Language Master Tutor
• Tutored 20 college ASL students per month
• Counseled students in how to study accurately for exams
• Assessed SLIP students and mentored them for a year to pass their qualification exam
January/2007 – April/2008 - Portland , Oregon – Language Hunter Classes - Willem Larsen
• Co-taught with a foreign native language TPR expert
• Filmed student's signed assignments and provided constructive feedback via emails
December 2010 to June 2016 - ASL Evaluator and Mentor for Convo Relay

• Provided individual tutoring via web-cam for long distance students all over the nation (including Canada & Europe)
• Tutored some hard of hearing & late deafened professional adults students via a videophone
Achievements
• Attended numerous ASLTA workshops for ongoing education in ASL Linguistics
• Mastered Language Hunter's methods and studied ACTFL guidelines
• Hosted monthly ASL Scrabble Club & Deaf Chat in Oregon, Colorado, NJ & OH
• My proudest achievement is that I am an expert in teaching ASL students with learning challenges thus helping them passing their courses when all other teachers failed to get through them
